Amazing Adventures

The Word magazine have been raving about this recently so I picked up Michael Chabon's 'The Amazing Adventures of Kavalier & Clay' last week, and had a hard time putting it back down again. The Story centres around two cousins, one who has escaped from Nazi occupied Prague to the other's New York home, their work in the comics game and subsequent capers. Highly, highly recommended, don't let the fact that it appears to be about a couple of comic book geeks put you off, it did win the Pulitzer Prize after all
