Ten Years Gone

Hard to believe that it's ten years ago today that Jeff Buckley took his final swim in the Mississippi. I was living in New York at the time of his Sin-E shows and was actually at one and met the man a few times due to the fact that he used to come into St. Mark's Sounds, where I was working, a lot to actually sell us his records. Nice bloke he was too (and a handsome cove to boot). More lost potential there than amost anyone else in rock history really, although I believe that Gram Parsons and Jimi Hendrix had more good work in front of them if only they could have laid off the old persians. Here's 'Forget Her' from the immortal Grace album.
