"The Plot Against America"

Just finished this and it's worth a go. The Plot concerns Charles Lindbergh becoming President of America and preventing the US' entry into world war two, he then slowly begins introducing Anti-Semitic policies. The story is told from the point of view of a young Philip Roth himself and is well realised. Even more chilling is the brief real life biographies of each of the historical characters which is supplied art the end of the book, the extent of Lindberg's antisemiitsm, and let's not forget he was one of the first modern "Celebrities", was new to me at least.
