Macca and Who for Later...

Both The Who and Paul McCartney are slated for future editions of the BBC's peerless "Later... With Jools Holland", as good a reason as any to stay in on a Friday night. Will McCartney be playing his disappointing new single, "Ever Present Past"?, a huge step backward after the great "Chaos and Creation in the Backyard". More than likely, but we mustn't forget that the lead off single from that album was "Fine Line", easily the worst thing on an otherwise surprisingly good record so maybe he can pull it out of the (recently divorced) bag again.
Rolling Stone reckon it's a good 'un.

I missed it, much to my chagrin, but old Nick Cave is always reliable.
